Great product made our windows shiny, the customer support team is very helpful

I recently bought the Winbot W2 Omni, and I couldn’t be happier. Setup was simple, the design is intuitive, and it attaches securely to windows and glass doors without hassle. It’s lightweight and easy to move between surfaces.I use it every two weeks to clean floor-to-ceiling windows, wardrobe glasses, shower glass, and even large mirrors — and it performs flawlessly. It leaves insignificant watermarks, handles edges and corners well, and the battery life and runtime are excellent.The service is a bit clumpsy though especially with frootle, took some 2 weeks for instllation. by then I had used it multiple times. Not sure if something breaks how long will it take to fix with this response lag. Time will tellBonus: you can use and charge it at the same time.We live near the ocean, so keeping windows clean from seagull droppings was a constant challenge. Professional cleaning didn’t last long, and manual cleaning was tiring and streaky. The Winbot solved it all. Now, I get crystal-clear glass anytime without ladders or supplies.The “different modes fast ,through , edge , cleaning works great, if that’s not enough can do custom cleaning with remote (via app), and safety features like strong suction, a rope, and a stable base make it trustworthy.Pro tip: Get few pieces of ecovac cleaning pads — swapping clean pads speeds things up especially if external windows needs to be cleaned. Visitors always notice our spotless glass.Just buy it. You’ll thank yourself.Ecovac doesnt provide any service in India. I think service is provided by Frootle which may be bit sloppy. Took 2 weeks to give the demo by then I have already cleaned my windows multiple times. Hopefully same doent happen if there is any issue.
